Wiley eclipsed the 2014 mark of 4:15.52 established in 2014 by Canadian athlete Jenna Westaway in British Columbia. Ellie Shea, 17, of Emerging Elites in Massachusetts added a silver medal for the Americans by running 4:14.90.
